Welcome to Cabin Pre-School

The Cabin Pre-School is a friendly local pre-school providing Early Years childcare in a happy, clean, safe, and stimulating space.
Cabin has been providing early years education and care for children since 1974 and on our present within the heart of the Woodcote, within the grounds of Woodcote Primary school site since 1993.
We offer lots of additional activities as part of the day, such as cooking, signing and symbols with Makaton, caring and looking after animals.
With daily access to the outdoors where we have a Mud kitchen, water play, and large sit in sand pit.
We also have daily access to the primary school's' playground, field and climbing frames.
We welcome children from the age of two, including those in nappies, as well as children with developmental needs and disabilities.
We are proud of the individual approach we use for each child in our care and our excellent relationship with the school allowing for good quality transitions.

Our aims are to:

  • provide high quality care and education for children below statutory school age;
  • work in partnership with parents to help children to learn and develop; and
  • offer children and their parents a service that promotes equality and values diversity.
